Abstract

The present research work, titled "Administrative Management in Organizational Development in the Processes of the General Secretariat of ULEAM Chone Extension", aimed to determine how administrative management influences organizational development in the processes of the General Secretariat of ULEAM Chone Extension. Administrative management in the General Secretariat of the Laica University "Eloy Alfaro" of Manabí, Chone Extension, is a determining aspect for organizational development and the effectiveness of internal processes. This thesis work focused on analyzing how administrative practices impact the institution's operability, highlighting the importance of a clear and efficient organizational structure. The type of research used in this Systematization of Experiences was descriptive. The method that was decided to be employed is the inductive one, which is characterized by presenting an approach based on the observation of particular facts to formulate general conclusions. On the other hand, a mixed approach was used, combining qualitative and quantitative methods in which various data collection techniques were employed, such as interviews and surveys, to identify areas for improvement in administrative management and to evaluate the perception of students and staff regarding the existing processes.
