dc.description.abstract | This research focused on Burnout Syndrome in professional nursing staff in hospital services, based on a bibliographic review. The general objective was to apply knowledge about the risks related to Burnout Syndrome in professional nursing staff in hospital services. A study methodology was presented based on a mixed-nature research, under the Bibliographic Review modality, being a documentary-type research with the application of analytical-synthetic, descriptive and deductive methods. In the Results obtained from the sample of 73 selected studies Others led with 27 articles represented by 36.99%, Scielo with 15 articles represented by 20.54%, Repositories with 10 articles represented by 13.70%, Dianelt with 7 articles represented by 9.60%, Medigraphic with 4 articles represented by 5.48%, while Redalyc also has 4 articles represented by 5.48%, PubMed with 2 articles represented by 2.74%, and finally there are Elsevier with 3 articles represented by 4.11% and Redilat with 1 article represented by 1.36% of the total population of studies related to the topic focused on the research. In conclusion, a series of documentary sources were selected to support the research process developed, which focuses on nursing professionals suffering from Burnout Syndrome. | es |
