dc.descriptionEn esta investigación fue abordado el tema de los impedimentos e inhabilidades que presentan los servidores públicos al actuar contrario a lo que establece la norma, debido a que ha sido necesario analizar cada una de las causas de inhabilidad en el Sector público a fin de que quienes tengan como objetivo trabajar para el Estado, conozcan estas causas, motivos de impedimentos o de inhabilidad para ingresar al Sector público. El principal objetivo de la investigación fue analizar los impedimentos establecidos en la ley como un desafío en la estabilidad laboral, y posible vulneración de derechos constitucionales, de los trabajadores dentro del Sector público.es
dc.description.abstractIn this research, I will address the topic of impediments and disqualifications that public servants face when acting contrary to what the law establishes, as it is necessary to analyze each of the causes of disqualification in the Public Sector so that those aiming to work for the State are aware of these causes and reasons for disqualification or impediment to enter the Public Sector. The main objective of the research was to analyze the impediments established in the law as a challenge to job stability and possible violation of constitutional rights of workers within the Public Sector. A methodology with a deductive approach and descriptive scope was proposed. The development of the theoretical perspective will be based on the review of legal doctrine and national and international regulations. According to the analysis carried out, it is concluded that the protection and guarantee of the right to work, along with the legal security of workers, are fundamental to maintaining a balance between labor obligations and rights. It is essential that both national regulations and international instruments support this right, ensuring fair remuneration and a stable work environment. Furthermore, the regulation of the activities of public officials, including the consideration of impediments and disqualifications, promotes transparency and accountability in public service. Proper management of situations such as disqualifications due to delay in payments would contribute to a more harmonious and fair employment relationship, preventing possible injustices against workers.es
