Análisis de la oferta hotelera y la reactivación económica en la parroquia Santa Marianita del cantón Manta.

Abstract

Santa Marianita is a tourist place with a privileged location, with a favorable climate, possessor of an exquisite gastronomy, a warm and calm atmosphere. For this reason, it has the potential to become one of the best tourist places in Manta, therefore, this research work was carried out with the aim of analyzing the hotel offer that it has, and the services they offer, in addition to that, how the post-covid-19 economic reactivation of the sector is carried out. The research methodology used was the deductive, analytical and descriptive method, with a mixed, qualitative, and quantitative approach. The technique used to collect data in this research was the survey, directed at a certain number of people in the sector and the interview with the designated managers, administrators of all the hostels and hotels in the sector. The results were in accordance with what was raised and it was described how many active hotel establishments there are in this tourist site and that the offer in reference to the tourist is very good, together with the data presented in the investigation, it is related what type of tourists visit these establishments, it was shown that the reactivation that is being carried out is gradual. In addition to that, different solutions and ideas are proposed to help improve the performance of tourism and its economic reactivation in hotel establishments in the area.
