dc.description.abstract | Within the following summary we will be able to find the synthesis of those that this degree work respects, with the purpose of being able to give the solution to a problem established as the fundamental axis and pillar of the project. The general objective of this research project is to establish criteria for the implementation of augmented reality and the virtual market for the promotion of Portoviejo gastronomy and its strengthening of gastronomic tourism, through a theoretical study it was possible to establish and generate ideas of how to achieve the stated objective, consequently, a market study of the city of Portoviejo is carried out and the behavior of consumers within the restaurant establishments is determined, which is why in order to obtain these qualitative and quantitative data, 2 sampling tools which are interviews and surveys, the same ones that were applied to restaurant owners and customers to analyze the behavior and acceptance of this new innovation tool. Once the results have been analyzed, a model is elaborated in which several criteria are tempered to be considered for the implementation of augmented reality. Having established the standards and criteria, we have concluded that RA and the digital market are fundamental to be able to generate promotion and innovation of Portoviejo gastronomy. | es |
