The association of Covid-19 with pediatric multisystem inflammatory syndrome (PIMS) is not well defined; This new disease rapidly progresses to severity if not identified early. Clinical features, predisposing factors, and demographics have not been established. Objectives: The study aims to investigate the association of PIMS with Covid-19 infection, the characteristic clinical manifestations, the predisposing factors and the demographic data most frequently. Methodology: Searches were made in indexed databases such as PubMed, Scielo and ScienceDirect until June 7, 2022. Case studies, case reports, retrospective observational studies were included. The systematic review was carried out in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines. Results: 24 publications were included with a total report of 2,658 patients. There was evidence of an inclination towards the male sex (61.2%), the Hispanic race (33.8%) and non-Hispanic blacks (34.6%), in addition, predisposition to patients with overweight or obesity (38.5%). Gastrointestinal (77.1%) and cardiovascular (69.0%) symptoms were the most frequent, the latter with a tendency to severity. The association of PIMS with Covid-19 is not defined, it is known that the inflammatory response would be mediated by the immune response obtained and not by the viral load.es
