Abstract: Gender equality is a fundamental right and an essential pillar for building a peaceful, sustainable, and prosperous world. This research focuses on analyzing gender equality measures implemented by Fresh Fish, highlighting the intervention programs and their impact on each employee. The methodology used is qualitative, as it provides accurate and direct information from key informants. Information was gathered through confidential interviews with administrative staff and employees, as well as through the use of an observation sheet to analyze work dynamics, roles, responsibilities, and gender participation in leadership and decision-making positions. The interviews revealed a consistent and positive perception of gender equality and the company's work environment, promoting equitable and respectful treatment, and valuing collaboration and teamwork between men and women. Attributing the importance of implementing intervention programs, primarily talks and training, are perceived as effective in continuing to foster respect and prevent biases such as inequality within the company. Along with this is the observation sheet, which complements what the employees wrote, reflecting a commitment to equality and teamwork in the company's work activities, indicating a genuine commitment by the company to gender equity and a positive work environment. This concludes by highlighting the effectiveness of internal policies and social intervention in the pursuit of an equitable work environment within Fresh Fish and the positive reception the staff shows toward them.
Description: La equidad de género es un derecho fundamental y un pilar esencial para construir un mundo pacifico, sostenible y próspero. La presente investigación está enfocada en analizar medidas de igualdad de género que la empresa Fresh Fish haya implementado, destacando los programas de intervención y su influencia en cada uno de los colaboradores. Mediante la metodología cualitativa, ya que a través de esta se obtuvo información veraz y directa por parte de los informantes claves, siendo recabada la información mediante la aplicación de entrevistas confidenciales al personal administrativo y colaboradores, así como la aplicación de una ficha de observación para analizar dinámicas laborales, roles, responsabilidades y participación de género en puestos de liderazgos y toma de decisiones.
