dc.description.abstract | This case study is entitled Strategy for communication management in entrepreneurial organizations at the Marvin Joel Commercial and Distributor (MJ) in Manta, 2024; the problem found within this venture was the lack of communication tools and lack of customer service; the general objective was to determine the impact of the strategy for communication management in the entrepreneurial organizations of the Marvin Joel commercial (MJ) in Manta, 2024; the proposed methodology is of qualitative and quantitative development that responds to a descriptive case study approach that focuses on the observation of the management of internal and external communication using a technique such as interviews in which information on communication management within the organization is collected and customers are surveyed to find out what their perception is towards the commercial premises; the results obtained revealed that due to the lack of communication that exists, they do not have the correct disposition in customer service and the media to disseminate information about their products or services; The conclusion drawn from this study is that although the salesperson had a social media platform, they were not adequately managed, which led to a lack of interest in publishing their products. Furthermore, there is also a lack of awareness about continuing to use social media. Today, having a means of communication is so important, and training is essential. | es |
