Abstract

In a mega diverse country in terms of climates and soils suitable for livestock, agriculture and fishing, its soils are not used to the maximum; likewise, the national food processing industry is not able to cover all the national demand. The objective of this research project is to analyze the viability of a business plan for the elaboration and commercialization of a nutriotional supplement based on whey and soja, and its importance of the innovation of the agri-food industry of Ecuador.
