| Abstract: | The research that is developed as a case study of the master's degree in urbanism, motivates to understand the territorial planning of communal lands in the communes San Clemente and San Alejo, period 2000 - 2020 in relation to the planning tools that the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the canton Sucre has managed to establish in the cantonal territory. In this context, the knowledge of the theories of inequality, collective rights, endogenous development will help to propose the desired territorial model in the communal lands with the purpose of proposing guidelines. |
| Description: | La investigación que se desarrolla como un caso de estudio de la maestría en urbanismo, motiva a comprender la planificación territorial de las tierras comunales en las comunas San Clemente y San Alejo, periodo 2000 – 2020 con relación a las herramientas de planificación que el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Sucre ha logrado establecer en el territorio cantonal. En este contexto los conocimientos de las teorías de desigualdad, de los derechos colectivos, desarrollo endógeno ayudarán a proponer el modelo territorial deseado en las tierras comunales con la finalidad de plantear lineamientos. |
