dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was to propose business strategies to improve the work performance of the administrative staff in the Idelmar company in the city of Manta. The research methodology was developed through descriptive research, with a non-experimental quantitative design. As a sample, the 10 employees of the administrative area of the company Idelmar S.A. were used, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, in addition to being measured based on the Likert scale. The results showed that in the company Idelmar S.A. in their administrative area (70%) of their collaborators if they are totally in agreement with the functions and tasks that they must develop, (10%) neither agree nor disagree in saying that the company constantly provides the respective training, in addition to the fact that (40%) agree with the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of their collaborators. It was concluded that the business strategies will strengthen the work performance of the administrative area of the company Idelmar S.A. of the city of Manta, because they are based on the needs of the company, in addition this will allow a great contribution to personal development, integration and what internal communication in the company collects. | es |
