Abstract

Problems related to the work environment is a topic of great importance in the field of sales, because it influences the behavior and motivation of employees, since these are based on a set of functions that allow people to be able to achieve the goals, so private institutions must try to maintain motivation if they want to have a good work environment and that the objectives of the organization are met. The general objective of the research was to determine the factors related to problems in the work environment and their impact on the health of the workers of the sales department of the company CONAIN S.A. in the city of Manta. The methodology used was a quantitative, cross-sectional approach with a descriptive and correlational scope. The research method was quantitative, the sample was chosen from the employees and the instrument was the survey. Through the results, they later allowed the preparation of the Intervention Plan, in which activities and procedures are established to improve the current critical aspects, and control and maintain the aspects with a positive level of satisfaction, to preserve a work environment. healthy for this company.
