Estudio de factibilidad en la provincia de Manabí, para la creación de un centro turístico y comercial en la parroquia Ayacucho a ubicarse en el cantón Santa Ana, Ecuador.

Abstract

The purpose of the following project is to know the feasibility for the development and creation of a tourist and commercial center in the Ayacucho parish in the Cerro Viejo site, this is due to the fact that there is no other tourist place on the site, there is no recreation center for the community. For this reason, it is intended to determine the feasibility of this venture, in which a market, technical, organizational, financial economic study will be carried out, it will be analyzed in order to focus on how good or bad it would be to invest in this project, in this way. In this way it will be possible to observe closely if it is feasible or not to project it within the market, likewise a SWOT matrix was created, which is the basic test how to identify the advantages, disadvantages, competences and opportunities that this project will have to carry out, in fact it is the base from the global analysis that is carried out on the investigation in another way, it is expected to find the best results. In this entrepreneurial project, it is hoped that tourism is seen beyond a good adventure, something in which you can take refuge to relax and forget about all your inconveniences.
