Implementación de Sistema ERP bajo modalidad SaaS para la Optimización de procesos del Centro Odontológico “Stetic Dental”.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation was to implement an ERP System under SaaS modality for the Optimization of processes of the "Stetic Dental" Dental Center, for which a multi-method investigation was used, that is, quantitative and qualitative procedures were used to develop the study. Methods of access to knowledge were used, such as analytical-synthetic, deductive and inductive. The sampling consisted of 66 patients, to whom the interview and survey techniques were used for the collection of information, for which the data processing was carried out using the statistical package SPSS version 25 for the quantitative, while for the qualitative of the hermeneutic method was used.The most important results indicated that the Odoo system is the one indicated for the dental center, since it solves most of the present problems. Regarding the conclusions, it can be affirmed that the ODOO system is relevant for the company in question, among other reasons because it successfully covers its technical requirements, resulting in a competing database of patients, admissions, discharges, among others.
