Diseño de red MAN para la transmisión de datos en la “Coop. 15 de septiembre” del cantón Santo Domingo.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to carry out the MAN Network Design for Data Transmission in the "Coop. September 15" of the Santo Domingo canton, in order to verify if it is economically and technically feasible, also with the purpose of serving as a basis for future research. This project counts as structure the following model. Firstly, the problem of poor internet connection coverage is presented, which shows different drawbacks, thus leading to different causes that manifest later, in addition, during the development of the investigation, documentary reviews will be carried out for the conceptual foundation. Subsequently, in the investigative framework, the methods used to evaluate the magnitude of the problem were mentioned, tabulating and interpreting the acquired data, then the elaboration of the proposal is shown where the phases are adopted according to the Cisco PPDIOO methodology that helps the simulation of networks. Finally, the final result of the design of the MAN Network for Data Transmission was presented at the “Coop. 15 de Septiembre" of the Santo Domingo canton, according to the analysis of the technologies and needs of the residents, evidencing the deficient coverage of the internet network to carry out their daily activities.
