Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the way in which the use of Information and Communication Technologies is promoted in the Department of Human Talent of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Manta, exploring a series of possible methodological alternatives; in order to reduce infoxication. During the investigation, a survey and interview were applied as an instrument that have been applied to a determined sample in such a way that it allows obtaining significant data in order to know the perception that the staff has regarding the use of ICTs to reduce infoxication itself. which occurs when it is necessary to process more information that cannot be handled adequately, causing large volumes of information that are difficult to manage. Therefore, ICTs are constantly changing to improve the quality of services, adapting to the needs and expectations of users, granting competitive advantages in organizations to make efficient decisions that allow transformation in the way of working and managing resources; these technologies are based on the use of computing means that allow information to be retrieved, stored, processed and disseminated, eliminating spatial barriers. On the other hand, it has been suggested as an alternative solution to reduce the level of infoxication to implement suitable software for the Human Talent department "SESAME" that allows reducing the excessive use of paper, in such a way that they can innovate and carry out their information activities. efficiently without experiencing stress symptoms and making decisions appropriately.
