Implementación de un Manual de Procesos para la Automatización y Planificación de Registro de Información en la Gerencia Jurídica de CNEL EP – Manta.

Abstract

The process manual is defined as a systematic and periodic process of qualitative estimation of the degree of efficiency with which people carry out the activities committed and responsibilities of the positions they carry out through a series of instruments. That is why companies currently reflect the need to apply competency- based management systems given current trends that seek people to develop their knowledge and skills, empowering all their capabilities within the field in which they work. The objective of this investigation was to implement a manual that streamlines the sequence of processes for registration automation and planning in the Legal Department of the National Electricity Corporation (CNEL EP) - Manta. To achieve what was proposed, an exploratory and descriptive investigation was carried out, with a quantitative approach, presenting a quasi-experimental and correlational study; applying instruments for data collection, interviews, surveys and field observation in the company, obtaining as results knowing the needs that are a source of correction in the place, in order to reach the conclusion of developing a methodological and technological proposal for the automation of key processes in the Legal Department of CNEL EP, in order to improve information management, reduce response times and increase the productivity of the institution.
