El modelo Guayaquil: afectaciones en el uso y permanencia del espacio público del casco central.

Abstract

The present research project deals with the study of public space in the central area of Guayaquil, in which we take as references the iconic regenerating areas such as Malecón 2000, Cerro Santa Ana y el Puerto Santa Ana to identify affectations of territorial management in terms of the use and permanence of the space. public space, this is influenced by several factors that will be analyzed, such as the privatization, security and urban segregation that has place in the studied site, among others, which are the main points that are must take to carry out an adequate analysis, with this it will be possible to find each of the solutions of the established problems thanks to the needs of the inhabitants of the city and to improve it. The references to Malecón 2000, Cerro Santa Ana y el Puerto Santa Ana will be maintained since these are some of the busiest and where the hypothesis have place. This study that will take place in the central area that will benefit Guayaquil with an urban order, cooperating in the improvement of the use and permanence of public space.
