Abstract

This thesis project proposes the implementation of a Comprehensive Rehabilitation and Development Center for people with different abilities in the city of Chone, as part of a mixed health and education infrastructure aimed at promoting the community development of people with different types of disabilities. of disability be it physical, intellectual, visual, auditory or psychosocial. The project is developed with an architectural design based on the social environment, in order to create comprehensive spaces for the development of activities that enhance the abilities and skills of the patient. This is resolved through the implementation of spaces adapted for rehabilitation and education, which, together with sensory integration, generates greater independence in users to carry out activities of daily living through optimal and innovative therapies. Therefore, the project is aimed at improving the opportunities of users which will contribute to their development and well-being, in order to chieve integration into society.
