dc.descriptionLa arquitectura bioclimática es un tema poco conocido y utilizado en los proyectos arquitectónicos, en nuestra región tampoco era conocida tiempos atrás, como ejemplo en la ciudad de Manta, tenemos el diseño de las edificaciones de la EPAM y Autoridad Portuaria de Manta, a los cuales se les realizará un análisis bioclimático, para conocer las problemáticas actuales y de cómo reaccionan estos edificios a favor de sus usuarios.es
dc.description.abstractBioclimatic architecture is a topic little known and used in architectural projects, in our region was not known before, as an example in the city of Manta, we have the design of the buildings of the EPAM and Port Authority of Manta, to which a bioclimatic analysis will be made, to know the current problems and how these buildings react in favor of their users. The research will begin talking about important and characteristic topics of bioclimatic architecture, this will favor the search for how it can work and favor the buildings of our environment. Later this research will be developed by analyzing in buildings the temperature and humidity obtained with qualitative surveys and measuring instruments (pyrometer, hygrometer), in order to use these results obtained and put them in tables that will allow us to know for each floor of each building, whether or not these meet the parameters of temperature and humidity comfort. Concluding with the study and knowing the final data of each building made it was possible to determine, by means of a result comparison between both buildings, compliance, development of these buildings and which of the two meet the parameters of a bioclimatic building and as part of the research design strategies are proposed to improve the shortcomings found.
