Ordenamiento territorial y propuesta de regeneración físico – espacial de la trama urbana en la zona céntrica del cantón Tosagua.

Abstract

This research is a territorial planning and urban regeneration project. which is intended for the improvement of the main street which is located at kilometer E38 called Av. 24 de mayo of the Tosagua Canton; obtaining power as a goal recover public spaces that have been deteriorating for years, such as bus stops, trash cans among others. In addition, the lack of green areas that it presents in the long run presents a great concern. since the vegetation that is intended to be implemented will promote a better quality of life for the inhabitants of the canton. For this reason, our degree work started from an analysis which has been complemented with visits to the intervention site where we were able to feel the current situation from our perspective and be able to provide a solution through an intervention proposal that is feasible for the inhabitants. Concluding with a result that allows the circulation of this road in a harmonious manner, where there are green areas that provide shade for pedestrians, signage that allows a more organized mobilization, rest benches for passers-by, allowing urban development of the city.
