Efecto del ácido naftalenacético sobre la fenología y conformación del racimo en el cultivo de híbrido oxg (coarí x la mé).

Abstract

This research was carried out at the “Costa Rica 2” farm owned by Dr. Jorge Muñoz, located in the province of Pichincha, Puerto Quito Canton, Los Ríos Agrupación Site, to evaluate the effect of Naphthalenacetic Acid (ANA) on phenology and cluster conformation in the culture of the hybrid OxG (Coarí x la Mé). For this, a completely randomized block design DBCA was used, with a total of 8 treatments and three repetitions, in addition, the Tukey test was applied at 5%, the study variables were days to harvest (d), number of fruits of the bunch ( n), weight of bunch fruits (g), average bunch weight (g) the results for the days to harvest and phylootaxic position there was no significance, for the number of bunch fruits significant differences were found in normal, stenospermocarpic fruits and aborted, in the variable weight of bunch fruits, significant differences were found in normal and stenospermocarpic fruits, in the variable of average weight, statistical differences were found in normal and parthenocarpic fruits. Which indicates that the use of ANA contributes to the formation of stenospermocarpic fruits and the use of pollen to the formation of normal fruits as well as a greater number of aborted fruits. Likewise, ANA influences the weight of stenospermocarpic fruits and pollen in normal fruits.
