The universal increase in food supplementation, essentially in proteins, outlines the obligation to use more effective and sustainable strategies in animal feeding, especially in ruminants, due to their ability to efficiently take advantage of fiber, making it feasible to reuse by-products and agricultural residues from tropical cultivars. such as bananas, fruit trees, among others, contributing with protein and energy, with silage being a form of conservation of these agricultural by-products through fermentation. The present investigative work had as object of study to assess the bromatological quality of silage with plantain by-products with the application of lactic microorganisms in different doses, using a grass grinder to grind the rachis into small parts, which were placed in silo covers with a weight of 100 lb, with a fermentation of 40 days, using a DCA statistical design for its statistical analysis and a 5% Tukey test to interpret the different variables. The results show that the humidity did not statistically have differences between treatments, but at the average level, T1 with 13.6cc of silobacter® (91.91%) presented the highest value, in proteins it is observed that the T1 treatments with 13, 6cc (9.10%) and T2 with 20.4cc (8.28%), are statistically equal, in fat the treatments T1 (6.85%), T2 (6.71%) and T3 with 6.8cc (6.58%) are statistically equal, in ashes they show that T1 (21.08%), T2 (20.50%), T3 (19.54%) are statistically equal, in fiber the treatment with statistical difference is T4 without product (45.84%), in ELNN T2 (31.45) presented statistical differences in relation to the other treatments.es
