Propuesta de diseño del espacio urbano del sector puerto real de la ciudad de Portoviejo.

Abstract

The present investigation is an integrative work that begins with the base fundamental identification of the problem, to develop the following chapters, on the theoretical referential framework, the main characteristics are addressed of topics related to the identified problem, based on three guidelines basics such as territorial planning, public space management, and risk mitigation, changes in the physical urban structure and natural environment, such as the incidence of topography, the organization of cities, the types of use and land occupation, etc., of the geographical space of the study area. Subsequently, the study area is demarcated, with the objective of understanding the urbanization process of the Puerto Real sector, where the respective diagnosis to understand the phenomenon and its spatial patterns and temporary such as the study of land uses, topographies, roads, mobility public transport, etc., as a result the entire urban structure of the area of study that has generated an irregular occupation of the land, in schemes disordered, causing connectivity problems and deficiency in its use within the urban context. The results obtained are represented graphically, for a better understanding of the order of the territory, management of public spaces and risks existing in the territorial space and where finally the results comply with the objective of the thesis work generating guidelines, strategies and a proposal to end to satisfy and enhance the environmental, economic and social system by taking advantage existing resources.
