Propuesta de revitalización del espacio público recreativo en el barrio “Urbirríos I” del cantón Manta.

Abstract

This project is based on an urban investigation of the city of Manta for a proposal to revitalize the eighborhood's public recreational space Urbirríos I in Tarqui, which aims to provide an alternative solution for the problem that develops regarding public space intended for the recreation and integration of its inhabitants; by means of the Using the research methodology, we first proceeded to define instantiate the problem and take into consideration theoretical criteria of reference to inclusive public spaces, image improvement and urban environment, accessibility and urban inclusion. Through a diagnosis situational situation of the study area formed the foundation for the approach of a proposal for revitalization and integration. Focusing on the analysis of the results obtained from the study, showed the need for an intervention in the neighborhood's public space, For this, an alternative viable solution is proposed in order to provide you to the existing public space, which is in abandonment and degradation, the importance it requires, allowing its optimization, based on concepts of accessibility and inclusion, giving rise to the social integration of its users achieving the appropriation of public space in the most optimal, thinking about the collective benefit and satisfying the needs of recreation of its inhabitants. This is achieved by generating quality spaces that provide adequate conditions, in addition, that serve as integration points and allow the development of activities urban areas, contributing in parallel to the development and improvement of the image and urban environment of the neighborhood.
