dc.description.abstract	This research and degree work is carried out in the canton Montecristi of the province of Manabí, through the respective investigation that was carried out, and data obtained through it determined the construction of a physical therapy and development rehabilitation center comprehensive for people with disabilities in order to improve conditions of life of the population. Its objective is to diagnose the needs of the population with regarding urban facilities that can provide social assistance in the Montecristi canton. To carry out this study, it is framed in the line of research of the career called: Architectural habitat projects and theory of Architecture, in which it will be carried out in the urban area of the Montecristi canton in the "Anibal San Andrés Parish."	es
