Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to determine the production costs of the seafood processing and packing company and its impact on the profitability of the Company Manta Fish Cía. Ltd. In the Company Manta Fish Cía. Ltda., the absence of an internal control in the cost analysis, the lack of knowledge on the part of personnel regarding production costs, which generates an increase in waste and therefore expenses for the company, the overvaluation of the price unit of the product. Inductive, synthetic, descriptive and bibliographic methods were used, with the which it was possible to know the current reality of the company regarding the way of manage production costs and the profitability they obtain after your activity, all this possible through the application of surveys and interviews to the general staff of the company under study. Through this research work, it is intended to apply as a proposal a production order system, in order to obtain greater profitability in the process and at the end of it, real values ​​that benefit the company in the decision making.
