Abstract

The objective of this research work is the development of processes on accounting-tax matters to provide the company's administration with guideline to improve your registration and processing procedures information, and management tools that allow obtaining information reliable, for a timely presentation of the information required by the control bodies and in this way avoid fines and sanctions. In the accounting - tax process of this type of company, there is a series of situations that in some cases result in an incorrect application of tax and accounting regulations to which the professional accounting officer has to face to comply with the requirements of state regulatory entities. This research work leads to a proposal for the solution of the accounting and tax management problems of the company METALPRISA C.A. of the city of Jaramijó, which proposes the development of processes to improve the effectiveness in the delivery of the Financial-Tax Information of this organization. To carry out this project, the observation method was used. scientific, the logical deductive method and techniques were used to collect data such as staff interviews. Through a preliminary diagnosis, the fiscal situation was established and corporate structure of the organization, the starting point of this proposal.
