Abstract

It is worth mentioning that since it is a health field, the staff is exposed to contracting diseases and risks that lead to an accident work, even more so if they do not have appropriate safety measures, causing a possible economic impact on the company. To carry out this research, several methods were used, including: these: inductive that identified the possible risks, to be able to counteract them with a solution to the problem; the deductive that was very helpful to know and diagnose the current situation of the company. The analytical method served to know the necessary guidelines when carrying out said project. Likewise, it applied the survey technique that was very useful for the collection of data. The execution of this project will help the organization's managers to make correct decisions and prevent occupational risks, so they will have security measures to follow.
