Abstract

The following research topic aims to analyze the usability of the application website implemented for the Neighborhood Associations of the city of Manta based on the Standard International related to quality: ISO 25010, taking into account the scope, dimension and the relationship with other quality terms in user interfaces: accessibility, quality in use and user experience (UX). In addition, the concepts about Usability Engineering, Use-Centered Design, Interface Design Patterns User and the different methods existing in the recommendations of the standard, where They will use methodologies and tools related to Accessibility Assessment. Given the previous content, the research project will consist of the following characteristics: The first chapter describes the formulation of the project, as well as the relevant characteristics that were considered according to the area where it was applied. In second context, the conceptual framework of the product quality standard that was used is developed for reference. The third context details the analysis carried out to define and evaluate the quality model in ad-hoc use, carrying out its modification and testing cycle.
