Abstract

The objective of this research project is to design an action plan that enhances the tourist offer of Los Esteros beach so that the influx of tourists increases and becomes more dynamic in the socio-economic and commercial field. The methodology used follows the logic of the specific objectives related to the diagnosis of the offer and the structuring of the plan. Among the different methods, techniques and tools are: document review, interviews, SWOT analysis, surveys, technical sheet, brainstorming, observation, among others. The main results obtained are the diagnosis of the tourist offer at Los Esteros beach, the schematization of the construction and restoration process of a ship in the shipyard, which serves as the basis for the development of the tourist interpretation. The main result is the proposal of the action plan, which is in correspondence with mitigating the main deficiencies or looking for alternatives that allow the use of the attractions, resources and the main offer associated with the interpretation of the Shipyard's own processes.
