dc.description.abstract | The present entrepreneurship project will introduce the "Sweets Healty" micro-enterprise, which will be dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of sweets and desserts with panela and with a personalized design, for a target audience of the city of Manta and which seeks offer an alternative of sweets or desserts a little healthier, but without losing the rich flavor. Regarding entrepreneurship, the general objective is to create a business plan for the production and marketing of products such as sweets and desserts with personalized sweeteners in the city of Manta. It should be noted that the study methodology that has been carried out for this project is that of: bibliographic research, and a fieldwork where it is known that: sweets and desserts are acquired for some kind of social event, many people are deprived of these products for their content of sugars and calories, but with our product we are giving an alternative to healthy consumption, also giving an added touch with personalization on a specific issue or requirement. Likewise, strategic alliances that emerge hand in hand with entrepreneurship will be specified, and we will highlight advertising on social networks, so that by this means the product and service we offer is made known. The investment that will be given for this project is $ 47,994 dollars, which are composed of own funds of $ 17,137 dollars and a bank loan of $ 30,857 dollars. On the other hand, there is an IRR of 38.2% and an ROI of $ 1.69, which represents a completely viable project given that the investment is recovered after 4 years, 9 months and 27 days. | es |
