La economía en pandemia covid-19 y sus efectos en la inversión social en Ecuador.

Abstract

Social investment by promoting the sustainable development of a territory and that of its inhabitants so that they can achieve common well-being and a better quality of life by through the appropriate use of public resources that allow these purposes to be fulfilled, it has been managed to recognize its importance and that is why this research work is carried out in order to diagnose the degree of public investment made after the Covid-19 pandemic, seeking in turn to analyze the effects it unleashed on this variable Ecuador. For this, a methodology of character has been implemented qualitative, using the descriptive method and investigative techniques, where it can be make a description of the object of study to provide true results,precise and systematic, in which the reduction of state spending on the execution of public works for the benefit of the country affected this economic system, further aggravating the situation since it led to the slowdown of the economy and with As a result, social problems became more accentuated, harming Ecuadorian residents.
