Abstract

The implementation of information and communication technologies is currently essential in every organization, since its main function is administration and distribution of information through technological elements, such as: computers, telephones, televisions, among others, however, in the Ministry of economic and social inclusion MIES, processes such as data updating and delivery of requirements for applying for bonuses human development are carried out physically, which makes it difficult for people of low resources, with disabilities, older adults and children with catastrophic illnesses can perform them. This degree work seeks to provide technological solutions that help optimize the information management of the beneficiaries of the human development bonus, to carry out and verify the status of the corresponding procedures from home with a web platform. For This in the first phase will analyze whether the institution has protocols, processes and uses of technological tools to carry out different types of procedures on behalf of users. The objective of this case study is to strengthen the use of ICT in information management in the delivery process of Human Development Bonds in the MIES-Manta, Department of Social Area, 2023, in addition to improving the quality of public management in the MIES through the modernization taking advantage of current technological advances. It specifically focuses on the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the management of information on beneficiaries of human development bonds.
