Abstract

The present study that has been proposed to be carried out from the research field of management information management, and which has been developed from a qualitative approach represented in a case study on usability of information applied in management Human Talent administration of the Jipijapa Basic Hospital, during the year 2023, represents an important investigation that has been proposed through the systematic fulfillment of a series of phases that have had to be completed to achieve the general objective focused on analyzing the usability of information in the administrative management of human talent in the Hospital Basic Jipijapa during the year 2023 and that has been proposed in the research process. In relation to what has been expressed, it is relevant to point out that the issue raised with the variables focused on the usability of information and the administrative management of Human Talent of the Jipijapa Basic Hospital, represent a study phenomenon, in which work must be done multiple dimensions that are fundamental to determine the various needs that reveal a problem, which requires an important contribution that can be generated from this investigation in which we seek to reveal the problem and also propose a possible proposed as an alternative solution and transformation of the detected problem.
