Análisis comparativo del proceso de la exportación del banano ecuatoriano vs el banano Colombiano.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the purpose of comparing Ecuadorian banana exports vs. Colombian banana exports, during the periods 2020 - 2021 - 2023, in addition to determining the main existing trends within the international market for the consumption of this product. In order to achieve the proposed objective, a documentary research was carried out based on previously conducted studies, such as scientific article s, books, reliable data obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, among others, and a descriptive and explanatory analysis was also carried out to relate Ecuadorian exports to Colombian exports. It is worth mentioning that the research showed that imports as well as exports are determining factors in the economic growth of our country, which leads to the conclusion that the quality of Ecuadorian bananas is superior to Colombian bananas, thus concluding that. Ecuadorian bananas are more competi tive than Colombian bananas.
