Análisis de las gestión de distribución logística de exportación de camarón de la empresa Pezcrup S.A.

Abstract

The object ive of this degree work is to analyze the logist ics management in the export of shrimp from PEZCRUP S.A. The company focuses on marketing shrimp nat ionally and internat ionally, committ ing to high qualit y standards and the constant use of innovative technologies to stand out in the market. Ecuador, due to it s adequate coastal climate and water qualit y, favors the optimal development of shrimp, highlight ing its size, color and flavor, which contributes to the high local demand. The evolution of shrimp production in Ecuador, from its artisanal origin to the industrialized phase, where PEZCRUP S.A., located in Manabí, has ventured into export after years of dedicating itself exclusively to national market ing. The delimitat ion of the problem focuses on distribution logist ics management, especially on the export of shrimp by PEZCRUP S.A., questioning the viabilit y and possible obstacles in the process.
