dc.description.abstract | This study aims to investigate the relationship between business management and the organizational climate in Fishcorp, a company recognized for the quality of its tuna products. The aim is to comprehensively analyze how the implemented management practices influence the employees' work environment. The study will address several aspects. First, the management practices currently applied at Fishcorp will be identified, including human resources policies, internal communication strategies and leadership approaches. Next, the organizational climate will be evaluated from the perspective of the employees, using surveys and interviews to capture their perception of the work environment, job satisfaction, and collaboration among colleagues. The relationship between the identified management practices and the organizational climate will be analyzed, looking for patterns and correlations that can offer valuable results. This analysis will provide a better understanding of how certain management practices can promote a more positive and productive work environment, or, on the contrary, how they can generate challenges and problems within the work team. The results of this study are expected to contribute significantly to knowledge about the importance of good business management for the development of a healthy organizational climate. In addition, practical and concrete recommendations will be provided to improve the work environment at Fishcorp, as well as in other companies in the sector, thus promoting a more efficient, motivating and harmonious work environment. | es |
