La Selección de personal y su desempeño laboral de la empresa La Casa de Las Carnes en la ciudad de Manta, 2023.

Abstract

The elaboration of this research work called “The selection of personnel and their work performance of the company La Casa de Las Carnes in the city of Manta, 2023” was carried out with the objective of analyzing how the application of a personnel selection model will influence the work performance of the personnel. The type of research was descriptive, its design was non-experimental correlational transversal. The population or universe of this study consisted of the 15 employees of the company LA CASA DE LAS CARNES, as the population of employees was small, it was not necessary to obtain a sample to obtain the information required by this research. The data collection technique used was a survey based on the Likert scale. The IBM SPSS STATISTICS program was used for the processing, tabulation, tables and statistical graphs of the data obtained. The results showed that personnel selection is significantly related to the work performance of the company's personnel. In accordance with the results achieved, the creation of the organizational philosophy and the implementation of the performance evaluation based on the method of graphic scales are proposed.
