Propuesta de tienda física en Manta para la venta de productos importados desde Estados Unidos.

Abstract

The general objective of this project is to design a physical store in the city of Manta to import products from the United States for marketing, in order to generate income, contribute to the development and growth of the country. The analysis of the problem is that there is a large number of people who demand products from the United States but do not have the knowledge of where to buy them, so much so that today has improved e-commerce to make purchases online from the community of a computer and there are companies that provide the service of having a locker in the United States to send purchases in their location and import it to Ecuador, These are processes that many people are afraid to do because of distrust and ignorance, since seeing the need of the people generates a demand where you have to supply it and that is where the opportunity to generate a business is evident. To determine the feasibility of the project, the method of data collection was applied in the research and also to make projections of demand, conducting a survey instrument for 383 people. In this way it was possible to identify that the business plan is feasible with 93% of acceptance by the surveyed population and at the same time obtaining the demand projection with favorable financial results that will serve for the project's progress.
