Resumen : | This project is created to satisfy the unsatisfied demand for the sale of snacks on the go in the "Cristo Rey" neighborhood of the city of Manta using commercial strategies, projecting a position in the optimal market that guarantees recognition of the brand at the local level. "Cristo Rey" is a neighborhood belonging to the Tarqui Parish of the city of Manta, it has exemplary qualities for opening a business given its nature, its variety of entertainment venues and surrounding businesses generate a constant movement of people, demonstrating that your town is a potential market. The present investigation demonstrates the inexistence of fast-food businesses in the sector, so the proposal to open a fast-food business in the "Cristo Rey" neighborhood justifies the business opportunity as a feasible project from the objectivity of the case. In the project, market research was carried out, using data collection tools such as the survey, in which factors such as the preferences and tastes of consumers were determined, a considerable percentage of acceptance was obtained and the unsatisfied demand was identified, in addition, the financial analysis helped us determine the feasibility of the proposal, the results are favorable, guaranteeing the profitability of the project. |
