Resumen : The study of this research aims to promote and execute the general objective of human talent management and analyze its impact on job performance at the Monseñor Leónidas Proaño subcenter in the Montecristi canton. To carry out this research, we began with the search for bibliographic information of authors that would allow researchers to become familiar with the subject. For this reason, due to the fact that the same type of file research used to help locate information through documents that contain very significant data and other very relevant data was used in the investigation, techniques such as observation were applied due to the visits made and A survey was also used, based on the two variables adapted to the workers of the subcenter. The interview was used to publicize the current state of the process in question to validate what was observed; On the other hand, a survey was carried out on a sample of 12 workers to learn more about the management of the human talent of the people who provide their services within the institution. In several cases, it is observed that the workers suffer from a lack of training and budgets, technical equipment to carry out their work, poor working conditions in their environment and, above all, problems in the community due to the inadequate profile of the person in charge of the subcenter, which indicates that there are deficiencies in the management processes reflecting the need to make suggestions through a proposal for improvements, where the management of human talent will be enhanced to strengthen the work performance of the employees and thus seek to improve each work process in a way Efficient and effective.
Descripción : El estudio de esta investigación tiene como objetivo promover y ejecutar el objetivo general de la gestión del talento humano y analizar su incidencia en el desempeño laboral del subcentro Monseñor Leónidas Proaño del cantón Montecristi. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación se inició con la búsqueda de información bibliográfica de autores que permitiera a los investigadores familiarizarse con el tema.
