Diagnóstico de la gestión administrativa y su incidencia en la Compañía de Transportes en Tricimotos Rosa Zárate del Cantón Quinindé, Provincia de Esmeraldas.

Abstract

Administrative management involves the processes of planning, organization, direction and control, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and that information is adequate for decision making. The objective of this work is to diagnose the administrative management and its impact on the Rosa Zárate Motorcycle Transport Company in Quinindé, Esmeraldas Province. The methodology was of mixed approach, a complementary documentary and field research, of descriptive type that uses the deductive method to analyze the information collected, the population for the purposes of this work consisted of 55 partners, the sample was intentional considering the entire population, the techniques used were the survey with 16 items on the dimensions applied to the partners in person and virtually depending on their availability, as well as an interview with 9 open questions addressed to the Manager. Among the results it was found that the administrative anagement, according to the qualitative and quantitative data found, has an impact on profitability, since currently the company does not present profits from its exercise, it does not have updated financial statements which limits the application of indicators to recognize its profitability levels, affecting decision making, as well as the flow of communication to the partners in general. It is concluded with an administrative management model to improve the Company's profitability, which contemplates strategic planning, organizational structure, management actions, leadership, verification, together with a balanced scorecard.
