Propuesta de elaboración de un plan de contratación de las personas con discapacidad para la empresa puerto atún en Manta.

Abstract

The objective of this research work has been to know the proposal for the development of a hiring plan for people with disabilities for the company Puerto Atún in Manta located in the Jaramijó canton, through documentary research in order to propose information correct, so it is ensured that they are met when hiring people with disabilities. Therefore, Ecuador is a country that has a fairly guaranteeing constitution, however, in applicability it lacks force, therefore work disability is an issue that is latent in Ecuadorians, even when the country proposes in its constitution, that the rights of persons with disabilities are respected and guaranteed. Through a descriptive methodology, a field study based on a survey applied to 68 people who are within the company is developed. By means of which it is evident that it fulfills in a certain way general parameters with people with disabilities. Finally, these could be optimized and improved through training with the best objective of having better results from the research project.
