Creación de una cafetería temática con servicios agregados, a ubicarse en la ciudad de Manta.

Abstract

Ecuador, is a country that has its raw material being thus rich in all the extension of the word, however, it is an underdeveloped country where this means that it does not have the appropriate technology to convert the raw material into a finished product. The general objective of this research work is to determine the feasibility for the creation of a thematic cafeteria with added services, to be located in the city of Manta, with the purpose of generating employment and in turn helping the progress and growth of the city and the country. In order to know more accurately and precisely the feasibility of the entrepreneurship project, a market research of quantitative method and the field modality was applied where it was allowed to collect necessary data and other project demands through survey instruments. After observing the last census that was carried out in 2010 the city of Manta has a total population of 226,477 citizens, after that it was distributed by age considering those of 10 years and older obtaining a population of 158. 945 with that totality was applied in that formula that resulted in a total of 383 surveys that were applied to the citizens of the city of Manta. In this way it was possible to identify that the entrepreneurship project is feasible after being approved by the surveyed population and, in addition, to be able to reach the projected demand giving favorable results that allow to launch the present entrepreneurship project.
