Aplicación de pollinaza como sustrato alternativo en plántulas de plátano de exportación (Musa AAB).

Abstract

The present research was carried out on the properties of the experimental farm "Río Suma" in the Agricultural Engineering career of the Eloy Alfaro de Manabí Lay University extension in El Carmen, with the aim of evaluating the Application of manure as an alternative substrate in banana seedlings for export Musa (AAB) the use of doses under greenhouse conditions for this a randomized Complete Block Design (DBCA) was implemented in which 5 treatments were established with 4 repetitions, for the treatments were chosen for the application of pollinza substrate, which were the treatment T1 20%,T2 30%,T3 40%,T4 50%, T5 100% Mountain soil where the research was carried out, corms of excellent condition were chosen and stimulated in a greenhouse with the aim of accelerating the growth of the plants. It was determined that variables such as leaf count, leaf area, root number, and root weight reached the highest values in response to T4 treatment at 50%. This Treatment produced an average of 3.19 leaves, a leaf area of 123.25 cm² and a root weight of 82.5 g. These results were verified by applying a growth stimulant, the remaining variables had a non-significant difference in the study carried out.
