La motivación laboral como estrategia para mejorar el compromiso organizacional de los trabajadores de panificadora Antonio López Farfán, cantón Montecristi 2024.

Abstract

The motivation of labor is very significant for the company, as well as for the employees themselves. For the company, it is essential to have this motivation to be able to achieve the objectives set, in an effective and efficient way; and for employees it is essential since thanks to motivation they can satisfy their own demands, as well as the demands of the company where they work. The general objective of the study was to determine if work motivation has an impact on the organizational commitment of the workers of the Antonio López Farfán bakery, Montecristi 2024 canton. For this, a descriptive and analytical methodology was proposed; with a quantitative approach of correlational scope, under the non-experimental cross-sectional design, leaving a sample of 50 collaborators, the survey was used as a technique. The results showed a positive relationship coefficient between the variables. It was concluded that there is an influence between work motivation and organizational commitment.
