This study develops a business plan for the creation of AMZ Builder, a construction company specializing in interior remodeling in the city of Manta. The research is based on market, technical, organizational, and financial analysis to assess the feasibility of the venture. A high demand for remodeling services was identified, driven by urban growth and the need for personalized and sustainable living spaces. The proposed business model seeks to differentiate itself through innovation, the use of eco-friendly materials, and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The study concludes that implementing AMZ Builder represents a viable investment opportunity, contributing to the economic and social development of Manta.
