dc.description.abstract | In this academic article, a study was carried out on how digital transformation allowed merchants in the central market to adapt to the new reality imposed by the pandemic. The general objective proposed was “Analyze how the adoption of technologies has impacted the results, challenges and opportunities of businesses in the central market of the city of Manta after the pandemic.” Maintaining a theoretical/scientific approach, support was obtained for each dimension variable processed, which was reflected in the methodological structure of a consistency matrix, where the problems, their objectives and consequently their hypotheses were identified. An “inductive method” was used applied in various types of research to obtain a more precise criterion. To obtain data, the survey was used as a technique and as an instrument a Likert scale was applied on the forms platform and thus be able to observe the results of how merchants should adapt to technology and let them know that this will bring many benefits for your business. | es |
