Abstract

The present investigation has as its theme the Document Management to Guarantee the Access and Compilation of Information and was carried out in the General Secretariat Department of the Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí, in 2024. In this sense, the Administrative Department considered it pertinent to coordinate with the General Secretariat for the execution of the investigation in accordance with the provisions of Art. 76 of the Reform of the Statute of the institution: Reform of the Statute of the Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí (2023) Supervise the organization and maintenance of the general archive, as well as the implementation of the archival methodological processes and instruments in the management archives of the academic and administrative units; and, of the general document management system, in accordance with the regulations and processes approved for this purpose.
